Katie Price treated her Instagram fans to a rather cheeky snap of her and her fiancé Carl Woods on Valentine’s Day.

The former glamour model, 43, gushed over husband-to-be in the tribute as she thanked him for always “looking after her”.

The mum-of-five celebrated her other half on the day of love by posting a photo of Carl having a nap on her lap while they were headed off on a holiday last year.

The image showed Katie with two bandaged legs in the air after she broke her feet in Turkey.

She captioned the post: “We are shattered in this photo. But thought it would be a funny one. Happy Valentine’s Day @carljwoods, you’ve always looked after me since day one. I love you.”

While some of Katie’s fans gushed over her tribute to Carl, others mistakenly thought the picture showed the pair getting down and dirty due where Carl had laid his head.

“I thought he was doing the deed then for a second,” joked one follower.

“Omg I had to zoom in to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks. What kind of a photo is this,” laughed another fan.

Meanwhile, a fourth fan quipped: “Not the most romantic of Valentine’s Day posts I have to say.”

Meanwhile, fans couldn’t get enough of Carl’s declaration of love for his wife-to-be, Katie, on Valentine’s Day.

The car dealer took to Instagram to celebrate the day of love with a tribute video to Katie which he captioned: “Happy Valentines Day Dolly @katieprice.”

In the footage, the pair are seen together during different times throughout their relationship – including during a romantic beach break, behind the scenes before TV appearances and magazine photoshoots.

The 30-second clip shows them kissing and cuddling several times with a voiceover from sitcom Dawson’s Creek playing.

The actors from the American series can be heard talking about love and soul mates.

“What’s a soul mate?”, asks the character Lily Leery, played by Kristen Solt.

Dawson Wade Leery, portrayed by James Van Der Beek replies: “It’s uh… Well, it’s like a best friend, but more. It’s the one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else. It’s someone who makes you a better person.
