She began her career as a weekend anchor in Charlottesville, VA. Over her nearly 12 year career, Mack has covered the Virginia Tech shootings, interviewed former President Jimmy Carter, Sissy Spacek (Autism spokesperson) and other famous comedians and celebrities.
The dynamic communicator has also covered a number of hurricanes including Isabel and Frances, in addition to an earthquake in Central Virginia. In March 2014, Mack began anchoring full-time at WBTV with the addition of its primetime eight o’clock show on sister channel, Bounce TV.
On October 4, 2019, Mack resigned from the WBTV News studios. Besides channel 3, she has worked at WIS-TV (Columbia, SC), WVUE-TV (New Orleans, LA), and WECT-TV (Wilmington, NC).
