WOMEN’S COLEEN NOLAN COPIES HELEN MIRREN AS SHE CHANGES HAIR FOR THE BETTER IN LONG HAIR, DON’T CARE LOOSE

A L’Oréal Paris global hair artist, Stephane Lancien, created XXL butt-skimming, milky platinum blonde strands for her.

Helen wore it half up, half down at the back which almost reached her hips.

Replicating a similar look, Coleen was quizzed on how she felt about swapping shoulder-length locks for something more youthful.

“I absolutely love long hair. This is ridiculously long though and I think I am at an age where it’s ridiculous to have this length of hair.

“I like clip on hair and extensions if you’re going to a fancy do or something, but nothing as long as this.”

Last month, talented Helen got an “unimpressed” look from The Queen as she performed for the Platinum Jubilee Celebration. Dame Helen, 76, took on the role of Queen Elizabeth I during a televised special on ITV.

But as the actress delivered a speech during an equestrian performance called a Gallop Through History, the camera flashed to the Queen – and she was deadpan.

Eagle-eyed viewers took to Twitter to share their amusement, with many using ‘crying with laughter’ emojis.
