STRICTLY EXCITEMENT What time is Strictly Come Dancing 2021 on tonight, Saturday, December 11?

S

STRICTLY Come Dancing returns tonight with the usual dose of glitz and glamour – but it will start 25 minutes later than last week’s.

The BBC show will see two dances from each of the remaining four couples in this week’s semi-final.

Today’s show will start at 7.05pm and run for an hour and 20 minutes, before Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel starts at 8.25pm.

Last week Dan Walker and Nadiya Bychkova said their goodbyes just one week before the Quarter Final.

The eliminated pair both paid tribute to one another with the pro telling the BBC Breakfast star: “You’re the best person I ever met.”

It’s understood that Dan won’t be taking part in the show’s live tour in 2022.

He has a commitment to host BBC Breakfast in Salford several days a week, while the arena tour starting in January will require travelling to various cities including Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle and London.

It will see show favourites Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice do the Argentine tango to Eduardo Rovira’s A Evaristo Carriego before they go on to do a waltz to Ellie Goulding’s How Long Will I Love You.

The pair will go up against fellow semi-finalists John Whaite and Johannes Radebe, AJ Odudu and Kai Widdrington and Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu for a spot in the final next week.

One couple won’t make it through the week leaving three couples to dance in the Strictly Come Dancing final.

Here’s when today’s show is on.
