THE British streaming service Britbox shows the finest programmes the UK has to offer, all at the touch of a button.
The service sees television giants BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 join forces as they delve into the world of online streaming.
What is Britbox and how much does it cost?
BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 partnered up to launch streaming service Britbox.
The UK broadcasters have confirmed they are joining forces in a bid to rival streaming giant Netflix.
BritBox hosts the largest collection of British boxsets – and cost £5.99 a month or £59.99 for a year.
If you want to test it out before paying for a subscription, you can try for free for seven days.
How do I get Britbox on my TV?
Before fans can enjoy all the shows available on the streaming platform, fans must first register for a BritBox subscription.
To do this, all you need to do is visit the BritBox website and select Register at the top and fill in the forms.
Subscribers are only able to access Britbox on their television if they have a Smart TV.
If so, you can then get BritBox by pressing the Smart Hub button on your TV remote and selecting Apps and scroll through the apps available to install until you find Britbox, which you can then download and sign in.
However, if you don’t have a Smart TV, you are still able to access your Britbox on the TV if have a Apple TV box connected, where users can download and install the app from the store.

Spitting Image
Spitting Image is a British satirical television puppet show which was very popular throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
The show pokes fun at some of the world’s biggest names in pop culture, politics and sport.
The likes of Boris Johnson, Donald Trump, Dominic Cummings, Beyoncé and Greta Thunberg will feature in the program.
Downton Abbey
All episodes of the popular period drama are now available to stream now on Britbox.
Set back in 1912, the Crawley family and their servants inhabit the Yorkshire country estate of Downton Abbey.
Fans will see how famous events rock the family over the course of the series.
Only Fools and Horses
The sitcom is one of the most iconic shows the BBC has ever produced and remains a firm favourite decades after it originally aired in 1981.
The fan favourite show is remembered for both its hilarious jokes and occasionally emotional moments.
All seven series of the show are available to stream on Britbox.
Gavin & Stacey
Created by James Corden and Ruth Jones, Gavin & Stacey tells the charming story of a boy from Essex (Matthew Horne) and a girl from Barry Island (Joanna Page).
The pair fall in love and follows the highs and lows of their sometimes up and down relationship.
James and Ruth also co-star as the unlikely pairing Smithy and Nessa, alongside a cast that also includes Larry Lamb, Alison Steadman and Rob Brydon.
