Liverpool had three representatives at the competition after Jarell Quansah, Luke Chambers and Harvey Davies were all called up to represent the Young Lions.
England booked their place in the U19s Euro final after wins against Austria, Slovakia, Isreal and Italy, with only Quansah featuring regularly throughout.
The centre-back was named in all five of manager Ian Foster’s starting lineups in what proved to be a triumphant campaign that also secured qualification for the U20 World Cup next year.
In the final, Isreal, who the Young Lions overcame 1-0 in the group stage, were again the opposition for England, in a game that went the full 120 minutes.
Friday’s opening half was far from England’s best and Isreal took a deserved half-time lead as Oscar Gloch made the most of a counter-attack in the 40th minute.
The interval came at just the right time for England, who equalised seven minutes after the break thanks to a timely assist from Liverpool’s Quansah.
The centre-back wisely headed the ball back across the face of goal from a corner as Man City’s Callum Doyle added the finishing touches for 1-1.
A late chance for Carney Chukwuemeka agonisingly hit the post to deny England a victory in normal time, but he more than made up for it in the extra 30 minutes having chested the ball into the back of the net.
Jubilant celebrations followed, which then turned up a notch when Aaron Ramsey made it 3-1 from close range with only minutes left, sealing European Championship triumph.
Quansah played the full 90 minutes and was again impressive throughout, with his efforts during the summer rightly rewarded with a winner’s medal, while Chambers played the final 35 minutes to take his tournament tally to 147.
Davies, meanwhile, did not get to see action on the pitch but will have played an important role for Foster’s side as England won the competition for the 11th time, the joint-most alongside Spain.
It will have been an invaluable experience for Liverpool’s young trio, who will look to build on their summer success throughout the coming season.
