The United Kingdom will increase its defense assistance to Ukraine with a new package of 100 million pounds

The package, worth more than 100 million, was designed in consultation with the Ukrainian Armed Forces to ensure that it meets their military needs. This is based on the 350 million in military aid and the 400 400 million in economic and humanitarian assistance already provided by the United Kingdom.

In addition to providing deadly bilateral assistance, the British Armed Forces, together with its Polish and US international partners, has established an International Donor Coordination Center in Stuttgart.

This plays a leading role in international efforts, ensuring that military aid to Ukraine is as systematic and effective as possible. The 104th Logistics Team was formed after the first international donor conference convened by the Secretary of Defense in February.

The aid announced today is grounded last week’s second international donor conference, where the United Kingdom brought together more than 35 international partners. After the first donors’ conference on February 25, the international community provided Ukraine with 2.5 million units of military weapons and equipment, worth more than 1.5 billion pounds.

The ministers of the Ministry of Defense earlier this week hosted the Ukrainian delegation At the Salisbury Plain Training Area to showcase UK equipment that will support future planned assistance packages as Ukraine’s needs evolve. Further announcements will follow in time.
