In Walking Dead, did Woody Harrelson appear?

I

Woody Harrelson is not a part of the “The Walking Dead” television series. However, there are rumors and fan speculations that he might join the show at some point in the future. It is to be noted that these rumors are purely speculative, and there is no official confirmation or announcement regarding his involvement in the series.

It is possible that Harrelson’s experience playing a role in the zombie apocalypse movie “Zombieland” (2009) started the rumor.

In 2014, during an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Reddit, Harrelson was asked whether he would ever consider appearing on The Walking Dead. “It’s not on my radar, but I’m open to it,” she responded.

As of September 2021, to my knowledge, Harrelson has not appeared on the show. He might still appear in a future season or episode, but there’s no official confirmation of that.

He is, however, an accomplished actor, known for his roles in films such as “Natural Born Killers,” “The Hunger Games” series, and “Zombieland,” a horror-comedy about a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies.

You may be thinking of another actor who looks like Woody Harrelson or a rumor that he’s going to appear in “The Walking Dead,” but there’s no evidence to back it up.

But director Ruben Fleischer revealed how he wanted a proper crossover featuring the cast of the AMC show.

Speaking to UPROXX, Ruben said: “I think it was good to acknowledge the reality of The Walking Dead.

Emma [Stone] had a fun idea that as our heroes are making their way through the Post-apocalyptic landscape, they simply by skipping by, assembly a few contributors of the forged of The Walking Dead. “But we never got around to it. To make that happen.”

Instead, Columbus – starring Jesse Eisenberg – called the comic “unreal” and Reuben continued: “It never even became real.

I just thought it was a fun, fun idea. But I think the comic book nod is probably a good acknowledgment.

The sequel, which has been 10 years in the making, stars Jesse, 36, and Woody, 58, who recently told Digital Spy that script issues were one of the reasons for the delay.

Woody said: “We all wanted to get back together, but the scripts weren’t right, and they just kept trying, and it never worked out.

“We felt — I think I can speak for Jesse on this — we weren’t going to let this movie go forward if it wasn’t the same quality as the first one.

Double Tap takes place years after the events of the first film, where America is still overrun with zombies.

The film’s survivors, including Abigail Breslin, have become experts at identifying and disposing of various zombies.
