Olamide Shodipo fired Lincoln into a surprise lead just before the break, but Conor Hourihane equalized after House’s 55th-minute clearance.
The visitors nearly stunned Derby in the fifth minute when Jack Diamond banged a post, and they hustled the home side into mistakes in the opening half-hour.
Derby’s Korey Smith saw a try blocked, but Lincoln deservedly went forward in the 43rd minute when Shodipo seized after Joe Wildsmith saved from Lewis Montsma.
Diamond died away after the break, but his finish lacked the power to trouble Wildsmith.
House acquired a second yellow for a late challenge on David McGoldrick.
And Derby capitalized by leveling in the 69th minute when McGoldrick’s trial fell to Hourihane, who fired family from close range.
Diamond almost saw Derby on the break, and Carl Rushworth denied McGoldrick before Louie Sibley smashed the bar.
Derby felt they had won it in stoppage time when McGoldrick steered in at the back post, but he was offside.
The guests opened the scoring through Olamide Shodipo just before half-time, but speed swung back in the turn of the Rams as the second half progressed.
Conor Hourihane’s close-range effort drew Paul Warne’s men level in the 69th minute after he seized on David McGoldrick’s crooked shot before finishing well.
The Rams piled on the tension in the finish stages and came close to grabbing the lead when Louie Sibley struck the crossbar, plunging into damage time, but it was not to be as the points were transferred.

Derby boss Warne named an entire starting XI from the loss at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday afternoon as James Collins led the line. Lewis Dobbin retained his wing position after finding the target at Adams Park. Club captain Curtis Davies stayed on the bench, going Craig Forsyth to don the armband without injured vice-captain Max Bird.
The Imps were also whole from their last tour, a 1-0 win over Bristol Rovers on house soil. Returning to Pride Park for the first term since his departure in the summer, former Derby striker Luke Plange took place on Mark Kennedy’s bench following his loan activity to Lincoln from Premier League outfit Crystal Palace.

The visitors imperiled again in the 14th minute as Ben House examined to drive down the right flank. Under stress from Eiran Cashin, House closed in on the excellent area and delivered a cross with which his teammates could only connect.
A man in fine form, McGoldrick wriggled gratis of his man in the 17th minute and released a rocket towards the Lincoln net, only for it to fizz slightly over the crossbar to the ease of traveling goalkeeper Carl Rushworth.
Derby was growing into the game nicely and could have quickly taken the lead three minutes later following a fantastic collection of one and two-touch football in and about the Imps’ area. McGoldrick began the move in typical fashion before finding Lewis Dobbin running to the byline. Dobbin squared the ball back into the room and towards the course of Korey Smith, whose first-time effort was secured swiftly and cleared. Smith appealed for handball, but judge Scott Oldham waived away the claims.
Knight was on the receiving stop of a yellow-card-worthy foul in the 21st minute as House slid directly through the back of him to provoke heated locations in the middle of the pitch.
