Man dies in M4 crash as closures cause hold-ups

A man has died following a crash on the M4 near Cardiff. It happened at Junction 30 Cardiff Gate in the early hours, according to South Wales Police. A second crash closed part of the motorway between Junction 24 Coldra and Junction 25 Caerleon, but as of 16:45 BST this had fully reopened.
