Engineering group RSE acquires majority stake in Bristol manufacturer

UK water treatment engineering group Ross-shire Engineering (RSE) has acquired a majority stake in Bristol-based motor control centre manufacturer GPS. RSE, which has offices around the country including in Inverness, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Bath, did not disclose the size of its investment.
