Martin Daubney on domestic violence to men and boys

M

Martin Daubney says there is no strategy to deal with domestic violence against men and boys.

The number of women convicted of domestic abuse has more than quadrupled in the past ten years, and the former editor of Loaded magazine thinks something needs to be done about how society deals with the the problem.

In a personal film for the Daily Politics, he asked if 500,000 “battered men” don’t matter, “solely because they had the bad fortune to be be born male”.
