Murder arrest over Smethwick internet cafe stabbing

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a man who was stabbed to death at an internet cafe.

Police were called to Cape Hill in Smethwick, Birmingham, at about 12:50 BST on Saturday.

The 38-year-old victim, who has yet to be formally identified, died of a single stab wound, a post-mortem examination has revealed.

A 39-year-old from Birmingham man has been detained on suspicion of murder, West Midlands Police said.
